Dixon Hearder joins Baker & McKenzie and resigns from Corrs. Commenced with Corrs in 1997 and advised on a broad range of stamp duty aspects of property development, funds management, structured finance, project finance and infrastructure, as well as acquisitions and divestments and corporate restructures. Dixon previously gained experience in the tax practices of Clifford Chance in London and KPMG in Sydney.
In the income tax area, Dixon consults on a range of transfer pricing issues, including technical legal compliance and documentation.
Dixon has completed the requirements for qualification as a chartered accountant and is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
